Adventure Retreat
3–4 Day Guided Experience with Certified Local Guides

Step outside the corporate office and into a high-performance environment designed to challenge, connect, and elevate your team.

At Summit Ascents International, we deliver fully customized, multi-day executive retreats that combine adventure, leadership development, and outdoor technical skill-building in world-class mountain environments.

Over the course of 3–4 days, your team will engage in a progressive experience tailored to your goals—whether that’s strengthening leadership under pressure, improving communication and trust, or pushing personal and collective limits. Programs may include: Rock climbing, alpine climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing, backcountry travel, overlanding, camping, depending on location, season, and team objectives.

Participants will develop practical skills such as movement efficiency, risk management, and anchor systems, while also navigating real-world challenges that naturally reinforce decision-making, accountability, and teamwork.

From iconic alpine objectives to premier rock venues across Colorado, Washington State, and beyond, each retreat is curated to meet your group’s ability level and desired level of challenge—creating an experience that is both accessible and transformative.
