We have carefully crafted our cancellation policy to respect our clients and offer rescheduling and refunds whenever possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please send us an email at email@example.com or call 800-385-1416 as soon as possible.
- Inclement Weather – If a booking is cancelled due to weather conditions before the day begins, you will receive a full refund or a credit towards a future booking.
- Bookings cancelled 10 days or more prior to your scheduled date, you will receive a full refund or credit, with the exception of a $25 cancellation fee per person.
- Bookings cancelled with less than 10 days notice can be rescheduled within 60 days from the original scheduled date with the exception of a same day cancellation.
- Same day cancellations are considered a no show and no refund or credit will be issued.
- Our guides will wait up to 45 minutes if you are late. After 45 minutes, you will be considered a no show and no refund or credit will be issued.
